Amazing all seasons rental
Lived there for both winter and summer season. Incredibly clean and spacious property. Super well organized and convenient to everything. Ski slopes, hiking, mountain biking, tennis clubs, beaches, nightlife, rec center, great garage and plenty of storage. Zen like backyard. Owner/landlord is incredible. Very well connected and made me feel at home from day one.

Epic Place to Live
Living minutes from Lake Tahoe beaches, stunning hikes, California & Nevada skiing, snowboarding... is not even the best part of living in this amazing house! The house is cozy, updated, scenic (backyard views), and amazingly clean at all times. It is the perfect home base for adventures. Everything is short drive and it's walkable to a local coffee shop, bagels, gyms, doctors and even Stateline, the Lake & Heavenly village. The owner and landlord is fantastic - any small issues were addressed immediately with urgency and resolved seamlessly. I loved living here for all seasons - summer, fall, winter and spring - working a corporate job while getting to explore the paradise of Tahoe.

Id rent it again, and have!
Ive rented both rooms in this home in 2023 and 2024 and theyre both great. Nice bed, lots of hanging space for clothes, a desk, as many pillows as you want. The home is really clean and the bathroom and kitchen are a nice size. The location is also really convenient, with restaurants, Safeway, heavenly and the lake a short drive away. Ive staid here two different seasons and Id do it again.

Awesome host, beautiful location!
The host, H, is so friendly abd can help you get better attained with the area. The house has a good laundry room and kitchen. The room is sparse, but clean. The driveway is big and easy to find parking. Tahoe is beautiful to live in!

Great Room and Owner
This is a great room with an even better owner. I had a very clean and private room and access to all necessities including the kitchen, washer/dryer, storage in the garage and the living room. There is a beautiful backyard and everything inside and out is kept very tidy. The house is also in a great location with sweet neighbors. The owner was always very friendly and communicative - a great find!!
