Feels like home!

We have been renting Nick's fully furnished home for the past 15 months and have had a wonderful experience. Nick has been an exceptional owner...friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything runs smoothly for his tenants. Like any home, there have been a few minor issues that have come up over time, but Nick has always been quick to respond and to resolve them. His communication is excellent and he clearly takes pride in maintaining the property. The house itself has been comfortable, well-equipped, and truly felt like a home during our stay. We've really appreciated how easy Nick has been to work with and how attentive he is as a landlord. We would absolutely recommend renting from Nick and are very grateful for the positive experience we've had living here.

Feels like home!

Wonderful home in a safe neighborhood about 15 minutes from the downtown hospitals. We loved it here. Huge backyard for our dogs to play in. The home is well furnished and comfortable! The owner is easy to reach and responds quickly. He was such a knit! Even greeted us with a bottle of champagne in the fridge for our arrival. The beds are so comfy and the towels are spa like. Plenty of space. Hardwood floors throughout and granite on the counters. It is close to a busy street in the back however he has placed a wooden fence and you hear no noise inside. I highly recommend this property. Huge Tv for football fans! 5/5 stars
