Reviews
I stayed at this property for several months while in Anchorage. When I arrived, the home had been professionally cleaned, spotless, and stocked with any extras I needed. The place is clearly well-maintained, with new appliances, nice hardwood floors, and a kitchen filled with tools, cookware, ect. There is also a large flat screen, fast wifi, and a cute front yard space. When comparing the cost of this rental to others in the area, this property is listed at a bargain price, especially for it's spaciousness and covenant location. In addition, this listing allows pets, which is very rare for properties in Alaska. There were a few times I had to contact Jim, the landlord, regarding some questions I had when I first moved in. Jim always answered in a timely manner, and he was more than happy to accomodate me in any way I needed. Jim is a respectful guy who is a fair and kind property owner.

While we are not hard-core outdoor adventurers, especially in the winter, we do get out and just beca...
