Fully Furnished Shared Residence in Prime Kirkland Location

Absolutely amazing stay, exceeded all expectations and more

The place exceeded all of my expectations. First off, L is an amazing host, and made me feel like I was at home after just a few minutes of being there. She immediately gave me her phone number and her son's to contact if I ever needed anything, which when I did, she responded very quickly every time. The place is extremely spacious, and the most unique quality compared to what you'll find in the rest of the areas in Seattle/Bellevue/Kirkland/Redmond is that it has A/C, which is huge during the hot Summers. Despite the expensive price tag, it is worth every penny and more, especially because of how new all the appliances are and all of the extra accommodations L makes. It is unfotunate that the previous guest took advantage of L's trust and attempted to scam her just to get his truck delivered to the property, and I hope to quell any fears one might have for renting this property. I highly recommend this apartment as the area is perfect and quiet and residental.

Intrusive

Beware of staying here. On my very first day I was intruded upon without warning by the landlords family member who lives in the main house above. There is no way to lock the door from the basement unit that leads to the main house. It nearly gave me a heart attack when I had someone enter my living room while I was watching TV. AND on top of this the landlord refuses to give me back any of my deposit which was $1,000. I am a great tenant, but I cannot deal with being intruded upon without warning. So unless you want this for yourself I would not stay here.
