Hi! If you are looking for a long-term place to stay in Memphis you've come to the right place! This is a 1,450 sq. ft. home which I renovated in 2018. I put a lot of care into these walls and I think you'll enjoy being here just as much as I have.

During my total renovation a few years ago, I kept the vintage charm while completely repainting, reflooring, installing a new kitchen, adding insulation where I could, and ensuring the HVAC system provides total comfort year-round.
I use 100% cotton bedding and towels, washed in eco-friendly detergent with no perfumes. The cleaning service also uses all-natural Eco-friendly products.
Neighborhood overview
This is an historic residential neighborhood in Midtown Memphis with charming old-school tudor and craftsman homes. Caf Eclectic, Dino's Italian restaurant, and a mini mart are all down the block about a 7-8 minute walk. Overton Park is a beautiful park about a mile away.

Excellent location and host
This location is perfect for any extended stay in Memphis for medical students during a rotation/residency. The location is conveniently located near many different medical sites of Memphis as well as near a bunch of fun recreational activities! The house itself is set up very nicely and I was comfortable through my stay. The host is a very kind and is willing to help with anything that arises. Overall I would recommend it to anyone!

Wonderful property
This was an excellent property for me while I was a traveler in Memphis. Brent is a very gracious host. The property was very clean and was cleaned twice a month, included in rent. It was well stocked in the kitchen with everything I needed to cook. I felt very safe, but there is an alarm system if you feel the need. The property was very comfortable, and I would highly recommend it if you're in the area and need a place.
