Great place

Phyllis was so welcoming and Cosmo is such a sweet pup. The bed is super comfortable and Phyllis made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. The location is very convenient with many hospitals close by. I loved my stay here and would highly recommend it!

Amazing!!

I stayed with Phyllis for 4 months while completing a rotation in West Orange, NJ. My stay was wonderful and Phyllis was very welcoming and kind. The condo is very clean and well kept, and Phyllis is very accommodating and a pleasure to live with. I am going to miss Phyllis and sweet little Cosmo so much! 100% recommend to stay here!

The best place I could find

I couldn't find a better place than this cozy condo, and a kinder, more generous, and better host and housemate than P. I spent very happy months in this place and enjoyed everything the space offers, the company of Phyllis and the beloved Cosmo, a cheerful and playful little dog. There was nothing that wasn't excellent. The room was very comfortable, the common areas generous, being able to use the things, of course responsibly and carefully, made my stay very comfortable. The outdoor spaces of the complex are beautiful; I enjoyed the pool, the paths, everything that is nearby: markets, shops, pharmacies, parks. Everything was very easy. This stay was a 10/10. I 100% recommend this place, P, and the beloved Cosmo. I will miss them a lot. Thank you, P.

Home Away From Home

The property manager, P, lives in the condo and made rental process so easy, which also made it convenient when needed. The condo located on first floor, which made it easy accessible. Location convenient to many hospitals. P is very friendly, caring and personable while at the same time respecting my privacy. The neighborhood friendly, walkable, and safe. A pool is available too!! So bring a suit. Wish had more time to stay with P, she was more than willing to take you places to explore. P even got up very early to give me a ride to the airport. Thank you P for being gracious, welcoming me into your home. I would definitely rent from P again, I could not recommend this place more!!

The condo is as lovely as the owner

This beautiful condo on the first floor is convenient, clean, cozy, and quiet. The location is very conveniently close to the hospitals, shopping, and eateries. I'm a travel nurse, so this place is a second home away from home. My room was absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. P is such a friendly, personable, and caring person. She was respectful of my privacy and made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay a pleasant experience. Not only did I enjoy my time here, but I also gained a new friend, or I should say "friends" as her adorable guard cat Lyla is also part of the family. If you're lucky, P might show you around and be your personal tour guide! I wish I had more time here to hang out with P and explore this beautiful Garden State. This has been a memorable experience as a new travel nurse. Thank you for your hospitality. If I come back to NJ, I will definitely rent here again. :)
