Don’t hesitate!

Do not hesitate—we had a wonderful experience. We wanted to escape New England and spend time in Charlotte near family, and The New Yorker was a perfect home away from home. Mike was easy to work with and an excellent host. We booked several months in advance, which he gladly accommodated, and communication was always prompt and professional. Having the host live in the community was very convenient. Mike quickly stopped by on our first day to help with a TV issue (which turned out to be user error—LOL!). The townhouse is fantastic: an end unit with upgraded design touches, an open floor plan, a large kitchen pantry, and a fenced backyard with a charming outdoor area. The converted garage provided great bonus space. Upstairs are new laundry machines and three comfortable bedrooms, including a large primary suite with an en-suite bath and huge walk-in closet. We had everything we needed. Thank you Mike - already looking forward to our next stay!

Amazing

If you are in the area and you need any place to stay and Mike has availability take it and dont think twice. Mike has been the most amazing host quick to answer any problems and just all around very welcoming guy. The property was amazing any issues that arose he would help you solve instantly. Close to Walmart and tons of nightlife stuff and close to multiple hospitals.

The Best!

My friends and I have been travel nurses for quite a while and this by far is the best place we have stay in with the best landlord ever! Mike has really created a home away from home and is the most accommodating and reliable landlord. Any problems we faced were solved quickly. We are truly going to miss living here and wouldn't hesitate to be back. Book it before it's gone!!

The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful! The house is spacious and well-equipped with everything you need. I lived there for almost two years and absolutely love it!

The owners are amazing and very welcoming. The place is flawless in a quiet, young, family oriented neighborhood. Everything you need and then some is provided. The property is located 10-15 minutes from nearly any attraction in Charlotte. Great place, great stay.

Very nice place

Very nice place, decent area not too far from downtown, nice neighborhood with a pool and hot tub, and Mike and Jo are very easy to get in touch with and are super cool. All in all great experience!

Fantastic Experience

M and J have quite the gem in the New Yorker and it was a fantastic experience that felt just like home in our 6 month stay in Charlotte. Its very well furnished with a nicely equipped kitchen that made it easy to settle right in. The peloton in the unit as well as the community gym took away the stress of finding a local gym to join temporarily. The private space out back was perfect for lounging and gave enough space for our dogs as well, and well miss movie nights in the theater room! They were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions that came up. Id recommend this property (or any of their other properties) if available.
