I have recently purchased this property and have remodeled the entire unit this year. I am still remodeling the entire place but everything is in tip-top shape and brand new. The laundry is in a shared location in the middle of the building. My place is VERY close to everything downtown but still far enough away that it's a really quiet area to rest. This unit is small and perfect for a single renter or couple.
