Amazing Stay!

I had a great stay at this furnished apartment! The place was really spacious and had everything I needed for a short-term stay, super comfortable and easy to settle into. The location was spectacular and made getting around really convenient. I was able to walk to everything I needed and it is right by the gold line for easy transport into the city. The landlord, Lori, was awesome, super nice, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She even let me move in a day early when my move-in overlapped with an ice /snow storm, which I really appreciated. Would definitely return and recommend!

Amazing location

Great location with a gold line stop literally in front of the house. L and everyone else I encountered were super friendly, and the neighbors were very helpful even going as far as to say, if you need anything let us know. Also, everyone here is honest and trustworthy! One day I saw $40 sitting on the staircase banner and told the building super about it and he said, oh I put that there - I found it on the floor and wasnt sure whose it was, so I put it somewhere that whoever dropped it would see it Bottom line: If youre feeling anxious or unsure about staying here, you have no reason to!

Excellent - Would Recommend

Spent the summer here, it was a lovely, clean apartment in a great location. I felt very safe, it was plenty spacious, and move-in ready with anything I could possibly need. Landlord is excellent and responsive, and the neighbors/community are very friendly. Loved it!

I wish I couldve stayed longer. I had a blast. The other tenants in the apartment were friendly. I walked to work and all over the area and I felt totally safe. My friend and daughter came to visit me on separate occasions and we ended up out pretty late (early AM) and we felt no hesitation. I contacted the owner a couple of times for small things and she responded immediately. It does have a small flight of steps just FYI. Plenty of off road parking I always had a spot any never got blocked in. I never had any deliveries but other tenants did and they would be at the door for sometimes a few days and werent disturbed. All the appliances were working and clean.
