Awesome place to stay!

I had a wonderful experience staying here during my travel contract. Tony and his son were very welcoming, respectful, and kind, making me feel at home from the start. The neighborhood felt safe, and I was comfortable throughout my entire stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

I stayed with Tony and his teenage son for just over 6 months. They were always welcoming and accommodating. They both treated me with exceptional kindness. The house is great and the neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe. Overall this was an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place in Eugene!

Amazing place to stay!

I stayed here for 3 months. It was nice being able to have a place that where I could focus on my studying but also where I could have conversations with someone. Multiple times I was able to sit down and have dinner with them at night made the place feel more like home! Plus it is close to town but sits in a very quiet neighborhood with a nice park/gym/aquatic center to walk around directly behind the property. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

This was a really nice place to stay during my travel contract. The owner, his son, & their circle of friends were so welcoming and friendly. The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The home is well-kept, maintained, and clean, inside and outside. It was also very close to everything. The owner is also very knowledgeable about local attractions, venues, and outdoor activities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I have made life-long friendships here. I would highly recommend your stay here, if needed!

This was a great place to stay! As a traveling nurse I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The owner was amazing and the house was beautiful. Owner was helpful with all my spur of the moment out door adventure needs. Definitely felt like a home away from home for my extended stay needs! 100% would recommend and stay again!
