Great Experience

I really enjoyed staying here. The location is great and super convenient, but still in a quiet area. The place was comfortable, clean, and nicely updated, so it felt easy to settle in and feel at home. Overall, it was a great stay and Id definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

I loved staying at J's place! J has done a wonderful job making it a comfortable home with posh decor. The place is relatively base, so it was also easy to make my own! The balcony is beautiful - there is no way to picture the serene, quiet atmosphere. The upgraded appliances were a major plus and hard to leave lol. J is great to work with, very responsive and relaxed. Safe option with no surprises! Thank you J!

Perfect Condo

This is the perfect condo. Very close to downtown and central to a lot of great things in Austin. The property is great for walking dogs. It's quiet and I always felt safe. Love the little view of downtown from the balcony. The condo is well equipped with any amenities you may need. The landlord is very pleasant and responsive. Neighbors are friendly and parking was never an issue.

perfect stay!

hi! i stayed here for 3 months and had a great stay! great price for property and location. the pictures are really what you are getting, it is newly remodeled and J did a great job. you have everything you need and is super spacious, even for visitors. J is very attentive and responsive with any questions or concerns i had. im a travel xray tech and only drove 10 minutes to work and 10 minutes to the gym and 5 mins from the lake! you are also very close to downtown and other cute areas around austin. (only downfall is that you will be on the second floor, so occasionally hearing the upstairs neighbors happened but was tolerable) but other than that, this is a great location for the price and all the amenities included. ty so much J! 10/10 recommend!!
