Great place
I rented a room from Tim for a whole year while working as a travel nurse at Mercy South. Hes the most caring person, often giving me snacks and coffee just to be nice. I would definitely rent from him again if Im ever back in STL. Kirkwood is a great safe area, and has lots of close restaurants and shopping nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend renting from Tim!
