Entire Second Floor

My favorite

This was one of my favorite stays since I've been a travel nurse. I loved having my own floor but I also enjoyed using the kitchen, which is stocked well! Ferrell is very personable and I've even stayed on his couch for return visits to the area when the room was being rented. I rented in 2023 but FF wouldn't let me select the dates I stayed (I thought I left this review then but apparently I did not).

Safe & Delightful

This space was very comfortable, spacious, quiet, and private. I stayed with Ferrel 7 months transitioning to permanent residence in the Valley after accepting an EN position. I felt very safe in this home and neighborhood. Ferrel is very respectful of privacy, quiet, and yet such a generous host sharing kitchen and fridge in addition to the fridge in the upstairs. I enjoyed his company and we have continued our friendship since my husband joined me in our new home. I loved the access to the Bear Creek trail, extra room for relaxing or exercising, and the views are amazing! Thank you Ferrel for being so gracious and providing a secure and safe place for me. Your hospitality is awesome.

Excellent host and property

I stayed at Ferrel's for 9 months while working at Asante Rogue hospital. Nice quiet neighborhood with an oversized driveway for off-street parking and a roomy garage for some storage. I stored 2 bicycles. I had the entire second floor . The second floor was quiet and spacious with 2br and a full bath. There is a mini fridge and coffee maker in the unit. There is also full access to the large fridge and freezer in the kitchen. The kitchen is clean, large and non cluttered with plenty of modern appliances including ninja smoothie maker , airfryer and pressure cooker. There is an oversized newer washer and dryer that are always available and a nice patio for relaxing. It is an easy drive to nearby hospitals and attractions. There is also a bikepath behind his property for off-street commuting. F is very knowledgeable of the area and is always happy to help . He goes over and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable. I would definitely come back.

A Total Gem!

I stayed here on a nurse assignment and couldnt have been more happier! I dont easily give out five stars but it was well deserved. F, the landlord was super accommodating, a great host that provided literally everything (toiletries, new mattress, utensils, etc) that I could possibly need. F went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and succeeded! I highly recommend this rental! You have the entire upstairs all to yourself! I only wished I couldve stayed longer. I would definitely stay there next time I have the opportunity!
