The studio is one of two private apartments on the property. Highlights: Private entrance Lots of parking Updated finishes lots and of windows Lovely backyard Utilities were included for me Issues TV is slow Toilet is unique Mr Scott was easy to work with. He addressed home issues quickly and gave plenty of notice if he needed to do anything with the property. I had chances to move multiple times in my contract and stayed each time bc it's a great spot for a single traveler.

Great stay

I stayed here for close access to mercy hospital. The neighborhood is very nice and right by a cute park. I felt safe to walk here. It was an excellent stay. Scott was a great landlord and lovely to work with. Plenty of towels provided. Very comfortable bed and couch. Felt homey. Shower space is a bit small if you are over 6ft, but still doable. Big dresser for clothes is available. Full size fridge in the kitchen. Toaster and microwave. Great spot at a great price! Would stay again for sure.

The property is close to SE health, walking distance if so desired, Scott is amiable and easy to deal with. There is a mini fridge and microwave. The space is clean, pill bugs are a nuisance. Walkin shower. No closet available, there is a rack to hang some items. Laundry is unavailable on the property, but fairly close, would rent again. Ted
