Very Comfortable & Perfect Location

I loved this condo. It's located in a safe area that made me feel secure going for walks alone early in the morning or at night. The unit is at the end of the row, so it is very private and quiet. It's nicely decorated and has everything you need for day-to-day living, plus the couches and mattresses are comfortable. There is a full dining room table and a washer and dryer, too. The grocery store is just down the road, and there are lots of things to do in the area that are easy to get to. Marilyn is very responsive and easy to work with. She keeps the condo updated and clean, and I hope I can stay here again sometime because it was such a nice experience.

Relaxing and quiet

This condo is nicely renovated. It is quiet and peaceful. The location isnt far from a lot of restaurants and the main town square. I really enjoyed being able to sit on the patio and have my morning coffee too. When I come back to Prescott I hope I can stay again.
