I stayed here from May until end of September. Great place. Good area. The landlord was wonderful if I needed anything she took care of it. Very responsive. Would definitely recommend this place

Great spot
Great place. Perfect location. Easy to walking to restaurants and shopping. Everything is close. Secure location. With gated community. Security guards. Even a few police live in complex. Responsive host, fun and easy to work with. Would recommend!

Good experience
Overall I had a good experience staying at the property. Some pros were the location in uptown, the size of the unit, comfy furniture, the pools in the complex, the covered parking, and the appliances included like the airfryer. Some cons were the washer and dryer not included in the unit, the washers not always being reliable in the laundry room, and the HOA rules.

Home sweet home
Perfect size, perfect location! I worked at UNMH and this place was minutes from work and in the heart of everywhere I needed and wanted to be! As a single woman traveling, I always felt safe here. Owners are amazing, friendly and very quick to respond! Would 100% stay in this condo again!!

Simple and Elegant
This condo is a beautiful and quaint space in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping and the movies. Comes with everything needed to enjoyed your stay, D the owner was wonderful to rent from. She was there if I needed her but never hovered. Being new and alone to the area she helped make me feel safe. Other tenants were always nice in passing. Laundry rooms are kept clean and in working order. Always a way to relax at the club house in the sauna or the pool and hot tub. I enjoyed my stay and if ever in ABQ I would stay here again.
