Great location, great house!

Couldnt have asked for a better location! Walking distance to good restaurants and the beach, and an easy drive to the hospital I worked at. Quiet, safe neighborhood. House had everything I needed, and felt like a home away from home.

A Treasure Near the Canal

This was an amazing property and close to everything! My husband and I had the best experience staying here and with the owner Jim. We loved the ability to walk a block to the canal or beach as well as walk down to the Sandwich Boardwalk. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and friendly. There was also amazing restaurants near by and a grocery store less than a mile a way. As for the property it was very spacious and had everything we could possibly need. We loved spending mornings in the sunroom, there was a great workspace, a nice walkout outdoor space, the bedrooms were comfortable, and having two bathrooms was fantastic. The home was very clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook, the washer and dryer was new, and had fast internet. We had an unforeseeable circumstance happen and Jim was very helpful, a great communicator, did everything possible for us to have a great stay, and helped us out of a jam. This was our favorite property we've ever stayed at!

Sandwich Beach House

This property was excellent! Jim was a great host, answered all my questions asap, was always available to reach through email or phone. The house was so clean and had plenty of room for me and guest. Such a quick walk to the beach down the street. Highly recommend staying here! Cant wait to return to the Cape!
