Safe and quiet area

Location is amazing, you cant beat it. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Its an easy walk to the bus route and the upstairs tenant is kind and friendly. Landlord is responsive and a super nice guy. I cant recommend this place enough!

Great location and neighborhood

My wife and I's experience here was great. Todd was very easy to work with and any issues we had he was quick to respond and provide solutions. The neighborhood is very safe and in a quiet part of Seattle with great access to Discovery park which can't be under appreciated. The upstairs neighbors are really great people and we never had any issues with them. The unit has everything you need and has recent updates to make the stay comfortable. Fast Gigabyte Internet is included as well. It might be a bit small for some couples but compared to what's available elsewhere in the area it's a great deal. I would definitely stay here again if we take up another contract and it's available.
