I had an amazing time staying at David's house during my travel contact. From the start he was caring, eager to make the place feel like it was your own, and an overall great host to live with. The property is in a safe neighborhood, as well as very clean and well maintained inside and out. It is also filled with ample amenities whether that was in the kitchen, living spaces, or backyard. David was always willing to make me feel included with any major holiday/sporting event where he would cook a great meal, and is a fantastic person to get to know. Overall I would highly recommend David's propriety to any other traveling healthcare providers and would stay with him in the future if the opportunity presented itself.

Great place for travelers

I had a great experience staying at Davids house during my travel contract in Washington. From the beginning, he made me feel welcome and at home. The house has really nice common areas, a quiet neighborhood, and a huge kitchen with pretty much every utensil or cooking tool you could need. David was an awesome host and genuinely great to live with. Hes a great cook and was always happy to share any leftovers he had. Whenever he had friends over or a get-together at the house, he always made sure I knew I was welcome to join. He even offered to give me rides to and from the airport whenever I needed them. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely recommend Davids place, especially to other travel healthcare professionals. Id definitely stay with him again if Im ever back in Washington.

Great quiet space

Stayed at David's for over half a year a couple years ago and it was great. He's an awesome dude, very nice. He cares about his property and keeps a very clean home, inside and out. The room had a great bed, very comfy, and a spacious bathroom with a nice shower. Kitchen is well stocked with every pot/pan/utensil that you could ever need. Ask him to cook for you sometime, he's an insanely good cook! The neighborhood is a good area too, quiet and neighbors were friendly. Good place all around, even for us night owl type, David stays quiet during the day if you're sleeping, and neighborhood noise was never an issue. David, sorry for the delayed review, I did it a long time ago but must not have submitted it correctly, sorry man, hope all is well.

Great Place to Stay

I stayed with David for 5 months, and he was a exemplary host! Plenty of nice common areas to hang out, large kitchen, tons of cooking supplies and containers. Very nice and personable, easy to converse and spend time with if that's what you like, also leaves you alone if you prefer solitude. Wonderful area and very well priced. Would definitely stay here again if work brings me in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

13 Week Stay

David is such a generous host and a good man. My wife and I stayed in his home for 13 weeks from mid June through the end of September. From the start David was very clear that he wanted the house to feel like a home. He encouraged us to spend time in the common spaces, he never made us feel bad about taking up a lot of time or space in the kitchen, and if you ever needed anything he was more than willing to do what he could to help. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and the street has low traffic. He has a very nice back patio, and a front porch that my wife and I used quite often. I highly recommend this place.

David is an amazing host. He makes you feel at home. I will stay here again.

Perfect if traveling

I am a travel nurse and this is a great location for the hospital that I worked at. I stayed for almost a year. The owner is very nice, accommodating, and approachable. The house is always clean and the backyard is a nice little escape. It's close to so many shopping areas, restaurants, and Mt. Raineer is about an hour. There is usually a great spot to park on the street. If you don't mind roomates (which are hand picked by owner) this is a great place to be.
