neighborhood was not what I expected. I tried to keep an open mind, but the apartment appeared dusty, and the bed provided was very small with an uncomfortable mattress where I could feel the springs. I had made it clear beforehand that a comfortable bed was one of my top priorities. Brenda offered to move me to another property with a different bed, but after visiting that location, I found the neighborhood similarly undesirable and the house appeared run-down. I chose to stay in a hotel and found another rental instead. While the accommodations were not a good fit for me, I appreciate that Brenda promptly refunded my deposit and remained professional throughout
