Sasha and Andy are nothing short of amazing! I truly won the jackpot with them as landlords. This was my first time living away from home and they made it such an easy transition by being incredibly kind, responsive, and easy going! The apartment itself has SO MUCH STORAGE and was the perfect space for me. The courtyard is a nice area to relax and socialize with great neighbors who make you feel at home. Having an assigned spot in the parking garage is a real game changer, especially in the winter months! Overall, I had a wonderful 2 years and am grateful for the experience! I loved living here and can guarantee you will too!

The place is beautiful with lots of cabinet storage and a parking garage spot. S is very easy going and responds fast to any concerns you may have. I wanted to extend but I waited too long to ask, and she rented it out after me. I would 100% come back with no hesitations.

The Landlords are so incredible, they were always a phone call away and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The apartment is comfortable, very well furnished. Safe parking garage. The pull out couch has a very comfortable memory foam mattress for guests. The courtyard is great place to wind down by the fire and the neighbours are so friendly, great sense of community. Within walking distance of a Safeway and restaurants.
