Outstanding Landlord
I had the pleasure of renting this property and a second property of Joys and both are immaculately maintained and decorated. Landlord is very attentive and available at anytime for you. I would definitely rent from Joy again. She is outstanding!

Great Location!
My travel buddy and I really enjoyed our stay here. We loved walking or biking to Kootenai Health, downtown, the KROC, or even Albertsons. I often ran on the Centential Trail, so convenient! Honestly, we didn't want to leave the location. The water pressure wasn't the best, but rinsing the shower head out d/t hard water mineral build-up definitely helped. I loved the smaller washer/dryer as I could do quick loads several times a week instead of one big wash day. The "neighbors" in the big house were a fantastic, easy-going couple. J communicated well and was easy to work with. I will try to stay here again if I return to the area.
