Do yourself a favor and book it!

I stayed here almost 6 months and everything is so convenient from this location. Nice area and walking and bike trails are right there. Layout is super nice and one car garage makes things even better to park. Dan and Renee are the best hosts and always a text or call away. I wish I didn't have to leave!

Island Way Retreat

My colleague and I really enjoyed our stay at Renee and Dan's rental. Their listing was clean, comfortable, and offered every amenity that was wanted for our long-term stay. This listing is part of a townhouse fourplex, and it is in a very walkable community with an excellent bar/restaurant a mere 3 minute walk just round the corner. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, and I recommend anyone seeking a furnished rental to reach out to them today.

Very satisfied

I was there for a few months for work Renee and Dans place was clean very affordable not far from restaurants or shopping. Very good people to rent from. They even brought me a fresh salmon filet for my birthday! If I needed them for anything they were always there to help. I will definitely rent from them again in the future if I ever have to come back!

Phenominal Accomodations, Property Management, and Location

I cannot say enough great things about R and her property. The unit is as pictured with everything that you could possibly need for a short or extended stay. The location is centralized to each of the tri-cities which makes for major convenience in itself. Any time that we needed something R and her husband were more than willing to accommodate or help with anything that we needed. The property itself is very well taken care of both inside and out. The cleaning services that are provided on a monthly basis are superb as well. I would highly recommend any of R's properties and would love to return to rent from her again. If I could give more than 5 stars for a review I definitely would. She went above and beyond with goodies, medications andn remedies when sick, and even fresh salmon for the grill when she had some without ever asking. She made us feel far more than welcome. I am very grateful to have found such a great property with great people managing it. Thank you!

Excellent place

Awesome place to stay, especially long-term. Close to trails and interstate! R and her husband are great, communicate promptly, and help you feel very much at home!

Great property, close to highways for getting in and out of town. R was super responsive and accommodating! The property is newly constructed/renovated and decorated. Private back patio for nice evenings outside. A short walk from the best brunch place in town: Sageport. Full kitchen and washer/dryer for people on nightshift that dont get out much. Furniture and beds all new and comfortable. Will most definitely stay here again on my next assignment in Washington.

Perfect place

Property was well stocked, and in very great condition. Plenty of bathrooms. Nice fenced in patio with grill avaliable. Area around it was very nice. Everything was close to us. Lot of good eats and stores close by. Mall within 5 minutes from house. River within 5 minutes also. Golf course nearby as well. Was my best stay on furnished finder to-date. Look forward to coming back.

Great home!! Would absolutely recommend

This townhome was the perfect place to stay during my 6 month work contract in Richland. It was so spacious with new appliances, and had ample storage. It was also located in an area easily accessible to the highway along with lots of stores/shopping. Renee and Dan were great landlords. I would highly recommend!!

R is a great host! Communication was clear from the start, gave me a tour of the house via Zoom before I agreed to rent the place. Addressed all my concerns. I worked night shift and needed blackout blinders and R and her husband installed the blinders as requested without hesitation. The apartment was clean with all knew appliances in the kitchen and fully equipped for all my needs. I was there during winter and her home was stocked with very soft and comfortable blankets which I seriously appreciated as I do get cold easily, I felt like I was at home. I would definitely rent from R again!

R and her husband were great hosts. They were very responsive and helpful about the area. This place was spacious and very clean. Kitchen had all the amenities needed for our stay. I highly recommend staying here!
