Cozy ranch style central Boulder home in great neighborhood

I definitely recommend staying here

I was very fortunate to find this listing. I needed housing for a clinical rotation for a couple of months, and this was a great place to stay. The hosts were always very easy-going, kind, and warm-hearted during my stay. The house is centrally located in Boulder, which made it great for getting around. Within walking distance of a grocery store and restaurants. A lot of street parking was available near the house. Great backyard. Clean house. Wonderful hospitality.

My first time living in Boulder

I was an incoming grad student at CU Boulder who needed to find a room for the summer while searching for more permanent lodgings, and I was very lucky to stumble across this listing. I can't emphasize enough how kind and accommodating Peter and Kenia were during my stay. The house was always clean and comfortable, and I had access to all amenities like the kitchen, laundry room, and very cool backyard. Plus, the location is great---very close to Safeway (walking distance) and about a 15-minute bike ride to campus. Street parking is also super convenient. I can't recommend this location enough for a young professional or grad student, especially if you're looking for hosts who will treat you like family. It really was a special stay.

A Home Away from Home in Boulder

I had a wonderful stay and couldn't have asked for better hosts. They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and hospitable, and I truly felt comfortable throughout my time there. The apartment was very clean, well kept, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also extremely convenient, with easy access to the bus station, Safeway, restaurants, and other nearby amenities, which made getting around Boulder very easy. What stood out most to me was how kind and accommodating the hosts were. They created such a pleasant and welcoming environment, and I genuinely enjoyed my time there. I would happily stay here again if I return to Boulder and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located home with wonderful hosts.
