Fabulous Stay in Denver!!!

This home is absolutely perfect for travel nurses and anyone staying midterm in Denver! As a travel nurse, I found this place to be fully equipped with everything you need from the fully stocked kitchen to the detached garage to the adorable decor- so much so that I decided to extend and ended up living here for almost 2 years! It's convenient to most major hospitals (I worked in Aurora) and the mountains! The landlords are friendly and incredibly helpful and communicative, it is truly a dream of a living situation in Denver! I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the area :)

Perfect Short Term Rental

Stayed in this cute, comfortable and convenient rental for the first part of my travel contract. This rental had everything my friend and I could have possibly needed. Very spacious and easily more than enough room for 2-4 tenants. The owners we amazing and checked in periodically to make sure our stay was going well. They were very quick to respond to messages and took care of everything we needed asap. We wish we could have stayed here for more than one month because it was perfect! Close enough to Denver to get all the Denver experiences wanted but also far enough outside of Denver to relax and run errands in a timely manner. The private yard was also a major bonus!

Best rental!!!

This place is SO cute, clean, chic, and in such a good location!! It has EVERYTHING you need!! The landlords were great communicators and very understanding when working out a lease cancellation due to my assignment being terminated. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy place that's close to lots of parks, restaurants, and 15-20 min drive to DT denver!! K and LT were the best!!

Cute and comfy basement central to Denver/Boulder

As a nurse I floated between a hospital in Broomfield and in Denver, so the location was perfect for me. The basement is well decorated and feels very homey. I have a dog, so the private yard was awesome to have. The owners were lovely and checked in with me regularly to make sure my stay was going well. Living here was a pleasant experience to say the least!
