I really enjoyed my stay in this unit. The landlords were very attentive and were very quick to address anything I needed. Very clean place, nice furniture and amenities. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Great Stay!

This was used by our son for a co-op. It was as advertised, safe, comfortable. The apartment was spacious with separate dining and study space. The landlord was easy to work with, responsive, and prompt. Would highly recommend if you need a place.

Apartment was great! Very quiet environment and landlords were attentive and very understanding in all circumstances. 3rd floor was a bit crowded on head room and the slanted roof made the apartment feel smaller than it was but overall very comfortable and livable space. Make sure to take time to meet all the outdoor cats that love to hangout in the backyard area!

Stayed here for 10 months, felt comfortable and at home. Has everything you need, a lot of space, and comfortable furniture! Close to everything and quiet street. Quick and kind responses from landlords. Would recommend and stay again!

Short term housing for travel RN

Loved this apartment. Most comfortable bed. Kitchen has the most appliances Ive ever seen in a rental. Quiet street, felt safe here. The landlords are very nice and quick to respond.

Great Stay!

Great Stay! Very convenient, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and everything was new or gently used. If there was an issue, the landlords would make accommodations immediately. Quiet block and walking distance to parks and downtown. Highly recommended!

Safe/comfortable

Although brief, due to unforeseen circumstances, my time at this apartment was great. Ev was attentive, gracious and considerate of my needs and circumstance from beginning to end. The apartment was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. It was amazingly quiet for being in a second floor, "sandwiched apartment", especially at night. The fall weather allowed for open windows and the sound of the stream was very relaxing. My upstairs neighbor was friendly and considerate, leaving a card at my front door with her number if I had any concerns about noise from her apartment. Laundry machines on the premises that did not require coins! Most of all, I felt safe! The front door has a coded entry and my apartment door had individual key locks. When arriving home after dark, there were motion lights that would come on in various locations. I would absolutely stay again.

Great Rental and Area!!

I find this property when I took a travel contract in MA and when I finally saw it in person, I fell in love! The place and area is very home like, so much that I extended my contract here. The place is fully stocked with everything that i need in a living space. There is a huge backyard with a firepit and a stream of water that is so calming when sitting back there. E was so nice, attentive and very understanding before my move in date. E and her husband are on point with making sure my stay is as comfortable as possible. I will definitely rent this place again and also recommend!! I love it here..

Excellent space, excellent location, excellent property owner

My wife, daughter, and I moved into the second-floor unit at the beginning of August. My wife is a traveling nurse and I work remotely. In both cases, this was a perfect fit for us. The property is very close to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital and the internet connection is insanely fast (300+ Mbps when I tested it last). In addition, the house is in great shape due to the tireless efforts of the awesome property owners J and E. They go above and beyond to make their property inviting, safe, and comfortable. In case you are unaware, Brattleboro has a serious lack of housing. That being the case, this property was a real find. We snagged it up as quickly as possible.

Happy tenant

I have been a tenant of this location and have been very happy. It is located in walking distance to downtown Brattleboro, but far enough to where you don't have the additional traffic. There is a peaceful backyard with a brook and hammock. The neighbors are all very nice & welcoming. The apartment building is in great shape. It is kept clean and maintained. The landlords are very attentive and are always available for any questions or concerns that may arise. I would recommend this location to any professional looking for a safe, clean, friendly building to reside in. :)
