One bed w/separate office

I had a great stay at this apartment. Location is ideal as it is quiet yet so close to walk to downtown mall. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals. Loved the full size fridge, oven etc, which are not always provided in short term stays. In apartment washer/dryer was also a plus and there is plenty of room to put away clothes. Janice is a great landlord and very responsive. This was my second stay in one of her rentals and I would highly recommend it. I have since done a short term rental somewhere else and it was not as well appointed or in as good of a location.

Great apartment

I loved this apartment for my time as a visiting professor at UVA. It was very close to University and the Belmont neighborhood is delightful with wonderful places to eat and an outstanding exercise studo (Progress Studio). Janice is a delightful; She was very responsive to all my questions and very proactive in communications about any work being done on the building overall. The place is well-furnished so it was great to come down each week during the semester.
