Perfect stay

This studio was exactly as pictured and described and perfect for my 3m stay. Esther is a kind, very responsive, and dedicated landlord ensuring everything was working properly and maintained while offering 100% privacy. The unit was kept in good condition with all the amenities. While the washer/dryer is a nice perk, I did find that the dryer was not as effective so I ended up using the laundromat just down the road for laundry. The location was top tier with lots to do off Adam's Ave and 10-15 minutes from just about anywhere else! I would definitely rent again.

Fantastic, Cozy, and Quiet Studio

This studio was everything I could have hoped for during my five-month stay in San Diego. Located in a fantastic, charming, and safe location, within the heart of Normal Heights and a short walk to North Park, grocery stores, restaurants, as well as centrally located near main highways and roads to get to the beaches or downtown in just a few short minutes. The clean, bright, sunlit studio came fully equipped with all the cozy furnishings I could need. The owner was always responsive and the studio was well maintained, with high quality kitchen, bath, and bedroom items. The strong Wifi and cozy porch were great for working from home. I loved my time in San Diego, and I loved my stay at this studio!
