Amazing stay!
This property was everything I was looking for in the Tacoma area! Other than this place having killer views, it was a quiet location and extremely safe- which is so important in this town. I worked night shift here and never heard a sound from the lower housemates or neighbors. The landlord, D, who also works in healthcare, made sure my stay here was comfortable and extremely quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Highly recommend this home if youre looking for comfort, convenience, and a friendly place to live!

Great Housing Option
Super nice host and a great location. It's a quieter neighborhood, felt safe, and just 10 mins from all the conveniences of University Place. The housing is very clean, recently renovated, and comfortable with everything I needed for a planned two month stay for work in Tacoma.
