Best Location, Place, and Landlord!

We had an incredible experience staying at this property. M went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition by providing plenty of essential items, which made moving in so much easier. The location is fantasticextremely walkable, with the beach just a short distance away! M was not only highly responsive but also incredibly flexible, accommodating our uncertain schedule due to nursing contract changes. Her understanding and support truly made a difference during our stay. We can't thank her enough for the exceptional experience and hospitality. We definitely hope to be repeat customers in the future!

Comfortable and quiet

My wife and I come to the area each January to be near our daughter and to escape our Canadian winters. We just finished a 3-month stay in this condo and it was a delight. Over the years, we have stayed in 6 or 7 places in the area, none better. This apartment is spacious and modern. The kitchen is fun to cook in. Everything you need is in arms reach. Both bedrooms are comfortable; the master, with its walk-in closet, direct access to the patio and the bathroom, is particularly nice. The unit has a lovely, private back yard with a barbecue. The unit is in a large condo complex. There is a pool and hot tub about a 5-minute walk away. While this unit has no dedicated parking, we were always able to find a spot within 200 feet. Within a 15-minute walk, there are no less than 3 shopping areas. The owner, M, was anxious for our stay to go well. We had a couple of small issues and she handled them immediately - very easy to deal with. All in all, A+; we would happily rent again.

The perfect condo in S California

We have stayed at several apartments/condo while traveling and by far this is the best condo. The space is well designed and ready to move in. Best of all its the perfect location. Costco , Target , Walmart , In n Out are so close by and walkable. Neighborhood is safe and this was a priority to us. The host is the kindest and responsive. We would stay here again if given the opportunity !
