I had an amazing stay

I stayed here for a little over 3 months while working a travel contract. Joey was a great landlord and his parents that live behind the property were very welcoming and kind. The location of the unit is amazing, I walked or biked to the beach all the time. Super close to downtown Monterey and cannery too. The neighborhood is adorable and quiet. The unit felt very private which I appreciated. The place felt very spacious, except the bathroom is a little small. Lots of windows with plentiful natural light. Kitchen was big, living room and bedroom too, and TV is super nice. It's decorated perfectly, and it's super cute. The only thing is that the place is older than I expected, and there was some water damage on the walls, which I guess is expected being so close to the ocean. I still had a great experience and would totally stay here again!!
