Bird House

I spent 9 months at the Bird House Casita while working in Albuquerque. It was the perfect location with everything I needed. It was safe and J & P were always checking in to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I would definitely stay again if I ever end up in Albuquerque again.

Downtown Delight

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home for 3 months during my stay in Albuquerque! The location is great and walking distance to Downtown food & bars but also driving distance to Old Town & all the attractions you could think of. J & P are some of the sweetest and most attentive hosts I've encountered yet. They made us feel safe & comfortable and accommodated all the needs one could think of. The home is lovely and well stocked and equipped for extended stay travelers so you don't feel as home sick. I would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone seeking to stay in Albuquerque!

wonderful hosts, safe, quiet neighborhood - 5 stars!

What a warm welcome J and P gave us, along with detailed instructions for the secure locks and gated parking. The absolutely immaculate casita came equipped with the best New Mexico pion coffee, fresh cut flowers in 3 rooms and everything that could be possibly needed. Thank you, J and P, especially for being so flexible with our dates and family needs. We hope to be able to stay here again!

Clean and comfortable

This house is the cleanest place Ive ever stayed and everything was comfortable. Close to downtown and everything in the city. The hosts are wonderful and have a great property with everything you can imagine needing. I highly recommend the place for traveling professionals. Great stay!

FANTASTIC!

This is a wonderful apartment that is close to all the hospitals in Albuquerque. Secure location and close to everything! All amenities are there for your use and the owners are the absolute BEST. They are always available if anything is needed and they are your go to for anything Albuquerque or NM. I would most definitely rent this lovely apartment again, if I was in the area. New life long friends were made with these wonderful owners.

Very nice house with great landlords!!!

The Birdhouse is a very nice house. It is very clean, well maintained, very cozy and in a great location. Very near downtown and close to several hospitals (UNMH, Presbyterian, Lovelace) groceries, walking trails, parks and zoo. What I love about during our stay in the Birdhouse were the landlords (P and J). They were very kind and attentive enough to our needs but they made sure and respected our privacy. When it comes to safety the Birdhouse has it's all features like password keypad self entry and fenced in with remote controlled gated parking. Very private and secured property. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to come to Albuquerque either for a weekend gateway, traveling health care provider or to challenge the Sandia Mountains climbing or exploring alongside with the Rio Grande river trails or enjoying the Balloon Fiesta, The Birdhouse is your home away from home. We would love to stay again in the Birdhouse when we come back to Albuquerque. Thank you very much P and J!!!
