Great stay

I stayed here for several months and cant recommend this area enough. The location is close to everything, feels very safe, and is in a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment itself is cozy, and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. The landlords are responsive and easy to communicate withthey answer questions quickly and address issues right away. For example, when the TV stopped working, they promptly ordered a new one. I would definitely stay here again in the future, especially if I needed to work at UAB or another nearby hospital.

I have stayed here for over a year and can't recommend enough! It is in a fantastic area with great views of the city and sunsets! It is a super quiet apartment complex with almost no noise from neighbors! Kitchen is large, with a big pantry, and everything you can need! Water pressure in kitchen and bathroom are wonderful and get very hot! Never had any issues with parking lot being full, always plenty of spaces! WiFi is super fast as well. K, landlord, is super friendly and easy to get in contact with! Would definitely stay here again if back in BHM!

City Views Apartment

This is a great apartment! It's in a nice area that is very conveniently located to all the major areas in Birmingham, and the landlord, K, is very pleasant and welcoming!
