Charming and Cozy: A Perfect Home Away from Home

I stayed in the lower unit and loved it! It's very spacious with lots of storage. It comes equipped with all the essentials and was super close to UVA. The landlord is also great and easy to reach out to should you need anything. 10/10 would stay again.

Great Neighborhood!

This property was in a GREAT neighborhood very close to shopping and fast food! The hospital was about 10 minutes away. The owners were always very helpful if we had any issues. We had a great stay here!

Great apartment and location!

This apartment is really cute and spacious for one person! The owners, D and her husband, are always available by text or phone if you need anything. D is really communicative about everything such as trash, recycles and if there needs to be something fixed on this property. There is a lot of storage space inside the apartment. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The neighbors are very nice. This apartment is in a great location! It is a mile from UVA. It is around a 5 minute drive to Harris Teeter, Kroger and other stores. It is 10 minutes to Trader Joe's and the Stonefield shopping area. The apartment is around a 20 minute drive to Wegmans, Pantops, the Dairy Market, and downtown Charlottesville, etc. I would stay here again if I work again in Charlottesville. Lovely apartment!
