Perfect small home

This property was perfect for my 10 week clinical! Very clean and in a safe, quiet neighborhood.

Perfect location for the travel professional

Great centrally located housing with a short distance drive to OSF and Carle. Far enough off of the main street that you dont hear traffic but close enough that you can get anywhere within 10 to 15 minutes. Kitchen had all I needed and the neighbor introduced himself and was super nice. He also has a little fluffy dog and you can reach over the fence anytime and give the pupper some love. Its a small dog, and I never once heard it barking at night. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to Peoria for work. Also for any of those fitness minded people there is a gym called Titan that is less than 10 minutes away and has a month-to-month membership option.

I had to come in town for a work trip last year and did not want to deal with a noisy hotel. I asked around and found the Furnished Finders website. I was told Peoria Heights is the best part of Peoria so I looked for homes in that area. I found K'S home and not only was it the most affordable single family home, it was also the cutest looking! Pictures don't do it justice, it was even better in person. K loaded the place with snacks and even hand wrote me a note. Things like that go a long way with me. The home was squeaky clean and even though it was small it had everything I needed. It was WAY nicer than any hotel, you could hear a pin drop it was so quiet. The community is really cool, there's a strip of restaurants and shopping right around the corner. K was so sweet and cared about my stay. She even checked in to make sure I had what I needed. I hope to be back in Peoria this year for work and will contact K to see if I can stay here again! Thank you
