Great place to live!
Tamara was a wonderful person to rent from and was very considerate. She was always proactive making sure the yard and porch were clean and updated. The place is very cosy with everything you could need, and Tamara was always checking in if I needed anything else. The neighborhod is safe and quiet and is a great central location where it's easy to get to anywhere in the metro Atlanta area.

Pleasant place!
This place was great! Such a nice neighborhood, and the best landlady!! T was always checking on me to make sure she wasn't too loud. Giving me gifts for Christmas and Easter, totally unexpected, but greatly appreciated!! There were others thrown in there as well. I found the location to be pretty central for a lot of things. Most places in Atlanta were about 30 min away. And just 3 minutes from the perimeter (285) and also (85).
