Great stay!

This apartment was very conveniently located and safe! The owner was very responsive to maintenance requests and the unit was as advertised. A couple minor concerns: the cinderblock walls made temperature regulation difficult, and the gas stove did not have safe ventilation. No issues with the shared laundry or neighbors!

Great Spot!

Stayed for my 10 week contract while working at Moses Cone. Hospital was within a 2 minute drive which was very convenient. Stayed here as a single female and felt very safe in this area. The apartment had everything I needed and was completely ready to move in. The maintenance team as well as the owners of the property were very responsive and kind. My biggest fear was the one shared washer and dryer but I never had problems and never had to wait to do laundry as the tenants all seemed very responsible. Only comment would be the walls are very thin so I would've picked a second floor apartment if I booked again. Thanks for the amazing stay!
