A nice place to stay, a wonderful host

Sharing a room at this gem of a place was an unexpectedly delightful experience that I can't help but rave about. The atmosphere was welcoming and inclusive, making it easy to feel comfortable and at ease from the get-go. The room itself was well-appointed, clean, and cozy, offering all the essentials for a pleasant stay. What made the experience truly stand out was the great hospitality. The whole family were incredibly friendly. The shared spaces were always kept in pristine condition, and respect for privacy and personal space was a priority for everyone. This stay offered not just a place to rest my head, but an opportunity to meet fascinating people and make new friends. For anyone considering a shared room option, this place is a shining example of how enjoyable and enriching the experience can be. Charming Propert

The absolute best landlords, R and O were very accommodating. As a night shifter, I had no trouble sleeping here. The neighborhood is close to several grocery stores and feels very safe. The studio has all the necessities for housing. The kitchen was my favorite part, as it is furnished with a good selection of cookware. I worked at St. Agnes Medical Center and the drive was only ten minutes. Overall, this has been my favorite housing find during my years as a travel nurse. It was a comfortable stay and I would definitely book again.

Great stay, great hosts

Everything you need and want in a short term stay. Landlord were very accomodating and hospitable; they made sure that i was very comfortable. Communication was concise/informative and responded in reasonable time. Very safe neighborhood for a single female. I wish i could've stayed longer, honestly. i recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future. thank you!

Cozy and comfortable!

This studio was super clean, comfortable, and well maintained. O and R were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome! The studio is also in a great location ! A quiet and safe neighborhood that is close to shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!

Really enjoyed my time at this property. It has everything you would need, and R and O were very accommodating, and welcoming. They have put a lot of work into the property, and the outdoor space is beautiful. I had a really good experience, and hope to return again.

Travel Nurse Life

This place was just perfect for my travel contract in Clovis. It was cozy and clean. I had everything I needed and felt safe all the times. R and her family were very welcoming and treated me like family from the beginning. They were also just as respectful of my need for rest and quiet time to study on the weekends! So thankful for her opening her home and her family!!
