Awesome duplex in conveinant location

This duplex fit all our needs during our three months in the Sugarhouse area. Awesome duplex, well appointed and roomy with all the basics for a "home away from home". Lots of storage, and the two car garage was clutch for our needs! Sean was easy to work with, accommodating, responsive and attentive to our needs while there. Very dog friendly, located in an area with many nice sidewalks to walk and parks/dog parks within about 0.5 miles! We would recommend this rental to future tenants!

We loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our three months stay at Seans place in Sugarhouse during the snow season. The location is perfectjust a short drive to all the major ski resorts, with lots of great local shops and restaurants nearby. The spacious garage and ample closet storage were a huge plus, and our dog absolutely loved the backyard! There are also some great dog parks just a few minutes away. Sean was incredibly responsive and attentive to anything we needed. What we appreciated most was his flexibility. We were in the middle of searching for our permanent homean exhausting and often unpredictable processand our timelines kept shifting. Sean was so understanding and willing to work with us, as long as we kept open communication. That kind of support made a stressful time much easier. Highly recommend!

Amazing Property!

This property was absolutely perfect for us and I would highly recommend it. There is tons of closet space, storage space in the garage, and has a very cozy feel. Great location for both fun activities in Sugarhouse/Millcreek and easy access to the highway for skiing and everything else. Sean was an easygoing and responsive landlord and Id highly recommend this property to anyone interested.

Such great hosts! Had a flawless stay. The area is super quiet and cute. No problems at all. I will definitely stay here in the future if I come back to SLC!

Sean was a great host, really set things up nice for us. The house is very clean and has everything we needed. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Space and layout was exactly what we needed for 2 adults. 2 car garage was convenient. Location was great. Really couldn't have asked for more.

Awesome Stay!

We loved our stay at S's place in Sugarhouse! The home was excellently maintained and had everything we needed for a 3 month stay. The wifi connection was fast, the bedrooms were spacious and had large closets, the beds and couch were very comfortable, all appliances worked perfectly, the garage was very large and easy to access, and our hosts were very helpful and responsive! We really appreciated the work that they put into the house and how thoughtful they were during our stay. We loved the central location and how close we were to the mountains. We also loved that they are pet friendly because our rabbit also really enjoyed his stay! Overall, an excellent stay and we would love to come back in the future!

Great Rental!

My wife and I stayed at this property for 3 months and had a great experience! The location was ideal, with a couple of restaurants and coffee within walking distance and a short drive to everything else - including easy access to the mountains. The apartment was exactly as listed and spotlessly clean when we arrived. Our dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The landlord was friendly and attentive and provided a lot of great recommendations for things to do around the city. Overall, I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a quiet comfortable place to rent!

12/10 would recommend - amazing space, wonderful people

Weve rented many long term rentals throughout the Salt Lake City area and this was far and away our favorite. We stayed here for 4 months and it truly felt like home. The owners are so nice and were so helpful whenever anything came up (which was infrequently!). Everything was well stocked, the beds were really comfortable, and the place is spacious. We had some friends and family visit while we were there and they also raved about it. The location is great - easy access to I-80 to get the the ski resorts, lots of restaurants and things to do about a mile away, and the hospital is also very close by. The fenced in yard was also great for our dog. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Home away from home!

This was everything we could have asked for in a home away from home. The property is exactly as described. It was clean, functional, comfortable, and peaceful. The backyard was great for our dog. The kitchen is well stocked. You can't hear anything from the adjoining duplex so no matter when you sleep it is nice and quiet. The landlord, S, is super friendly and helpful. He has thought of everything and maintains the place well so there shouldn't be anything you need. However he is always quick to respond should something come up. He has loves exploring the area and has great recommendations for food and adventures. He always gave us our privacy, but was one of our favorite new friends in the area! Overall an excellent experience. If we ever return to the area we will definitely reach out to S! Thanks for everything!
