Loved my stay!

JoanZ and Mark are awesome landlords. They are very attentive to your needs and are such a joy to chit-chat with. The studio itself has everything you need - large clothing closet, in unit washer/dryer, all necessary cooking equipment, more closets for storage, etc. It is not visible from the street, so you are hidden and feel safe especially if you are living alone! Parking (if you have a car) is street parking but it is super easy. I always got a spot right in front of the home. The studio is situated in the heart of historic Baker and within walking distance to Broadway (lots of cool restaurants, bars, thrift shops etc). You also are ~2 min drive from Safeway and ~10 min drive from Trader Joes. I lived in this studio apartment for my first year in Denver and it truly felt like a home away from home!

Extended my stay because I liked it so much!

The space was roomy enough for one person. Lots of windows to let sunlight in if you want it, black out curtains if you do not. The kitchen, washer and dryer, and heated floors in the wintertime we're a plus. There are not many rental options in the area that had the option to have your own washer and dryer - and that is mandatory for me. The room is situated in a gorgeous garden, both Joan-zee and M are excellent hosts and have taken a lot of time decorating and making the backyard feel like your own little sanctuary (esp. in the summer time). The location was 9 minutes away from my favorite gym (BARRYs), 9 minutes from Whole Foods and Fit Foods to buy meals/groceries, 8 minutes away from all the shopping you can ask for, and close enough to visit any of your favorite ski towns or weekend getaways. I would not hesitate to rent here again.
