Perfect Location

An adorable little house in the perfect location. The home was exactly as described and in great condition. A lovely neighborhood near everything you could need. The nice sized backyard is a plus! We hope to be back here.

Wonderful home!

I am a traveler in the healthcare industry. My husband and I (and our doggie Maggie) had the pleasure of staying at this quaint, Bliss Avenue home for 3 months. We were so happy there plus the deck and fenced in backyard were wonderful. We spent many nights out there enjoying dinner. The greatest thing was feeding the birds, squirrels, bunnies and chipmunks out back and watching all of them cohabitate and get along. I sure do miss that now. The owner C is PHENOMENAL! She went out of her way to make us feel at home and like family. We did not know anyone in the area. She is so kind and considerate. Everything possible that we would have needed, she had in her home ready for us. Were Italian and love to cook so she made sure we had everything readily available for us. She is one of the greatest landlords we could have ever encountered. We know any future guests at Cs Bliss Avenue home will be extremely happy. Above all, we felt very safe and never had any issues. Every night, we took our dog for a walk all through the area and it was so nice. We also enjoyed going to the parks all around the area. Our real home is in Ohio and out in the country so this gave us a taste of the city life with all of the restaurants available within walking distance. We are currently down south as I accepted a contract at a large facility and a day does not go by whereas we dont miss C and her Bliss Avenue home. I honestly dont feel anyone we encounter in our travels will be as accommodating as Courtney was. I know that I will jump at a chance to take another contract in Louisville just so we can stay in this home again and see Courtney. Nothing will ever compare. Thank you for everything C! You are the BEST and we sure do miss you.
