1B/1B Condo with View of Seattle Skyline

A wonderful nearly 8 month stay

I had the pleasure of saying this was my starter apartment in Seattle! Top floor unit in a super quiet building located in a section of Lower Queen Anne. Small but mighty apartment. Portable a/c unit and fan for the hot days. Comfy bed. Blackout curtains. Brand name appliances (dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator). Well appointed with glassware, cookware, kitchen tools, etc. Fast internet. Topped by an incredible view of downtown and Space Needle through a huge window, a private balcony or the rooftop one flight of stairs up. I will miss it so much. Secure garage parking. As a single female, I always felt safe here. People who live here are really nice. Buzzer system. One block walk to the #4 bus to take you to all the fun places along the route (Space Needle, Pike Place, etc) and to right to the hospital (I work nights at Harborview). Other short walks to other routes (E, #5) to get you around town. The landlords are incredible and so responsive.

Stayed here 16 weeks total. In a great, safe area. Comes with a parking spot, which I didnt unfortunately have a car but great to have if you do! Landlords were responsive and willing to fix the small things when needed. Cozy spot for any contract in Seattle

Perfect stay!

I stayed here for 3 months for a travel contract. I loved this condo! In a great, safe area and nearby a lot of grocery stores and restaurants. Condo has a parking garage as well as a lot of street parking. Great setup inside, had everything I needed. Kitchen has a ton of appliances for cooking. Furniture was all very nice! Two closets for storage. Landlords were great and super responsive. Couldnt recommend more!!
