This is a very safe spot in a good neighborhood with a pleasant park nearby. The area is very street parking centric, so having my own parking spot was priceless. I will say that the stairs are very steep and may be difficult with those with limited mobility, but that is the case with all of these buildings in this area. But otherwise, the place was cozy and perfect for my needs. It's stocked with all of the living necessities you could ever need. Phillip was very responsive and even coordinated with me to install some electric blinds. Just a tip if you're working at John Hopkins, I didn't even have to drive and pay for parking at the hospital. There's a Canton Shuttle bus system that picks you up a block away from this residence as well as the Blue Jay shuttle system.

Amazing Place With a Phenomenal Owner

This is an incredible place to stay! The owner, Phillip, was so accommodating and kind. The perks included: great parking, a fire pit on the deck connected to the upstairs bathroom, a great sitting area outside on the bottom floor and some incredibly nice neighbors.
