Beautiful place close to the beach
Where to even start. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is close to the beach, in a safe quiet neighborhood, and has a beautiful private backyard area included. Lina is one of the most giving, kind beautiful souls I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Any slight issue or concern and she was immediately there to help. She took the time to introduce me to the area, and gives the best recommendations for local food, hikes and things to do! It was so hard to leave this spot as she made my stay here so wonderful, she is truly a blessing and I am so grateful for my time spent at this location! Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying here for 5 weeks on clinical rotations for graduate school. Lina went above and beyond helping me navigate the west coast for the first time and even showed me around the LA area upon my arrival to help ease my anxiety about being out here alone. The studio had everything I could need A/C, washer and dryer, oven, fridge, pots and pans, microwave, cleaning supplies, closet storage, desk space, and a private back yard. Downtown Culver City and Marina Del Ray are great places to grab some food and hangout! I felt safe and right at home even 2,000 miles away. If your looking for a decently priced place to stay in close proximity to the freeway and all things LA look no further!

Cozy and comfortable home
I highly recommend a travel nurse to experience this cozy and quaint studio. K the landlord/property manager goes up and beyond making sure her tenants are taken care of and are comfortable. I have so many positive things to say about the place: -has good size patio with table and also a comfortable seat to eat dinner or read a book on -quiet and safe neighborhood -easy to find parking -nearby 405 freeway -nearby culver city downtown to restaurants, coffeeshops -15 min from Santa Monica beach -full kitchen -good size closet -comfortable queen bed -nice flat tv with internet -several pots, plates, utensils provided to cook and dine with -17 min away away from Va hospital -washer/dryer -shower I highly recommend this place nice, clean and cozy. Its a good size studio.
