Absolute gem, perfect location

This was an excellent place to call home. Youre a few blocks away from the heart of downtown, and yet its still quiet and theres always parking. The host is great, couldnt have been easier to work with. My girlfriend and I wound up staying for nearly half a year while looking for a more permanent apartment. The place is huge, modern, and clean. Laundry room included in the basement. Great backyard space. And seriously a 2 minute walk from Monmouth street. Couldnt ask for more!

GREAT Experience Living Here

GREAT unit. Everything was clean upon arrival and it was a very comfortable place to live throughout our stay. David was an A+ landlord: quick to respond to anything we needed, confirmed every month we paid rent, and just a really nice guy! The perfect situation with regards to location. The neighborhood is quiet, which is nice especially when you want to get a good night's sleep. Walk a block away and you'll find yourself in Downtown Red Bank, where there's a ton of good food places and some cool shops. 10-15 minutes from the beach, 10-20 minutes to various boardwalks. Definitely loved staying here!

AMAZING PROPERTY

This house is perfect, impeccably clean with all modern gadgets. New appliances, different coffee machines, air fryer, large washer and dryer; everything worked great. Fast and reliable internet service. Nice and friendly neighbors. There is a family that live upstairs but you would never know they were there. Super quiet; I am a nightshift worker and never had trouble sleeping. Thick black-out curtains in both bedrooms. There is a nice back yard with a lot of seating to enjoy the outside. Red Bank is a quaint little town with all kinds of restuarants, coffee shops and specialty shopping. All within walking distance. A little piece of heaven. The landlord was so accommodating and so thoughtful. I was greeted with a great welcoming gift; landlord goes above and beyond. I would definitely stay here again. I wished I had found this place earlier. You won't be disappointed.

Great accommodations!

This home was new, modern, clean and tidy. The mattress was very comfortable. The furnishings are great. The kitchen had nice new appliances that worked really well. D is a great landlord, hes easy to talk to, and very accommodating. He understands what travel nursing entails. It was really nice being within walking distance of the shops, restaurants, cafs, and bakerys. We were also within walking distance of the waterfront, which was calm and relaxing. Its an easy commute to Monmouth Medical Center. Riverview Hospital is within walking distance. Thanks so much D . We really enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely Amazing Stay !

We had the opportunity to stay at this property for 6 months while my husband worked at a nearby hospital. We really ENJOYED our stay here . From the apartment (the appliances were so nice and the beds were comfortable too) , parking (no trouble ) , neighborhood, neighbors, etc ... Everything was AMAZING! Restaurants, grocery stores, salons , shopping, and so much more was all a block way from this property. Mr D . was an excellent Landlord. If we called about anything he took care of it immediately. Mr D. thank You for your kindness.. Your hospitality was A+ and if we are ever in the area again we would love to come back . We Love Red Bank !
