Great Rental Experience!!!
The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. The high ceiling in the living room really makes it feel open & spacious. The neighborhood is nice with a country vibe. It was pretty quiet. Working night shift, I was able to rest very well during the day. I truely felt a sense of safety & security there. The landlords were great. They were super kind, approachable, and accommodating. Also, they were very respectful. They gave me total privacy. Yet, they definitely kept the line of communication open, and were very responsive whenever I reached out. I would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend this apartment!!!

Nipomo Stay
Looking for a great place to stay? Great location. Easy access to golf courses, gym, grocery shopping, San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria. Highly recommend this place. We did a long stay and found the rental very well equipped and clean. Parking right outside your front door. The owners are super friendly and very accommodating.
