Amazing stay!!

I had an amazing time staying here for my internship! The property was great and very much enjoyed my time living in the space. The room and bathroom are completely private (honestly since its on the lower level it feels as though you have the whole floor lol). Everything was nice and clean! Xiomara was so welcoming and made my stay an amazing one and was very accommodating to make my stay as comfortable as possible! Bus stops are close by along with a shopping center all within walking distance! Overall, space and host were absolutely amazing and if I ever make it that way again, I would 100% book again.

Stellar Stay!

It was my first time moving to the east coast for an internship, and Xiomara has made me feel so welcome during my entire stay. The property is extremely neat and clean, and the room and bathroom are private and spacious in the downstairs floor. A huge plus is the personal desk in the bedroom for when I work from home, the mini fridge and coffee maker on the same floor, and the extra storage space for food in the kitchen. One great thing about the property is its proximity to many essentials: grocery stores, restaurants, multiple bus stops, and even the post office! This was perfect for me as someone who takes public transport all the time. The landlady also owns a cat, who is very behaved and absolutely adorable. It's always cute to see him greet me whenever I came home from work. I appreciated Xiomara's kindness whenever she extended it. She was very receptive whenever there was something wrong with the room or bathroom, and always aims for a solution immediately. She was also a huge help when I had questions as well, especially since I was so new to the area. The only things to keep in mind is that when the AC is on, it stays quite cool great for the summer, but it gets very cold. The property may not also be ideal for those who have pet or fur allergies. Otherwise, I enjoyed my time immensely and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a temporary stay in the area. Hoping to return one day!

A Wonderful Home with a Wonderful Landlady!

As the title of this review suggests, I had a wonderful time at this rental propertyMy private room and bathroom were perfectly secluded to my liking, and I appreciated that I had a nice, private room to return to after returning home from work. Also, the landlady of the property was wonderful enough to take me out to see some of the surrounding parks, restaurants, and grocery stores. I had a lovely experience living here during my 2.5 month stay for an internship.
