Carefree home on the hill

Staying in this beautiful home in the forested upcountry, above Santa Rosa was an all-around great experience. The setting is hard to beat, with expansive views of the surrounding hills that change beautifully throughout the day, especially at sunrise when the morning fog blankets the valley below. Inside, the home really stands out for its layout. It feels open without being cavernous, with distinct, comfortable spaces that make it easy to relax or get work done. Everything is fully furnished and thoughtfully set up, so you can settle in right away without feeling like you’re in a temporary space. The neighborhood added a lot to the experience as well with quiet, respectful neighbors who were friendly. It struck a really nice balance of privacy and community. Margaux, the landlord, was excellent to work with. She was responsive, communicative, and clearly takes pride in the property.

Cozy home + beautiful views

My husband, my dog, and I had a wonderful 3 month stay in this gorgeous home. Nestled in a safe, quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful redwoods and song birds, this house felt like a home to us. We woke up to the view of the sunrise through the hills each morning. Our dog loved to roam around the large yard and take walks through the neighborhood. M was extremely kind and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended booking this home!

Wonderful Stay!

M is the landlord everyone hopes for when singing a new lease. She is responsive, helpful, and keeps up with maintaining the beautiful property. The home receives a ton of natural light, has an incredible outdoor space with rolling views and lemon and other fruit trees to pick from. The space is second to none with on site parking, plenty of storage space, and is located only a few minutes from downtown Santa Rosa and surrounding hospitals. This is truly a cant miss stay.

Perfect Stay

This house was way more than I needed but I was so happy I went ahead with it. The house itself is beautiful with large windows and sliders in every room of the house. Everything I needed was provided and M checked in with me occasionally to make sure everything was ok and if needed anything. The home comes with a generator that came on automatically and supplied electricity to the entire house and then turned off automatically as well-I had to do absolutely nothing and was safe and secure the entire time during a big wind and rain storm. The views were stunning every single morning. My dog loved the backyard, roaming and exploring freely as it was completely fenced in. Another treat was picking fresh lemons and fruit right from the backyard. I was there as a travel nurse but definitely felt more like was on vacation most of the time!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home, wonderfully appointed by Margaux. The property is gorgeous, home is very comfortable furnished, and the setting and views really can't be beat in town. Close to hospitals and downtown, absolutely ideal for any traveler. highly recommend and can't wait to be back.
