Great property / DISHONEST Owner

Owner, A is dishonest in his advertising. Rents out rooms by the night, the weekend, by the week or by the month. Does not advertise that he will rent the shared room/bath to the opposite sexes as well. 2 weeks after I was there, he moved in a male to share the bathroom with. I explained to him that we travel nurses like to have the security of safety, and for the 3 months that we rent from him, we can't be sharing a bath with all different men; as he also rents out through AirB&B. That fell on deaf ears, so I moved out. I had already paid for 2 months. He refuses to return the excess rent of $900.00 paid in advance.
