The beautiful pictures are exactly as the proprty is in reality. Top notch place with excellent amenities, very comfortable bedroom and living room, and well-stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Very nice, updated bathroom with adequate storage. Response to questions always within 24 hours and usually sooner. Truly grateful for the opportunity to rest my body and soul in this safe space, inside and out. Park with long walking trail/biking trail about 100 yards away. Very scenic, beautiful trees. Also close to a multitude of restaurants on High Street and Short North, easily accessible to I-71, 670, and 270 in order to enjoy other suburban cuisine or reach downtown Columbus to explore German Village. You can get to amost any suburb in 20 minutes or less. I highly recommend this property and its owner, especially if you like clean and neat and organized. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I fell in love with this rental and hate to leave, however, travel nurse duties call. Krista is an amazing property owner. She's a great communicator and very flexible. The place is spacious and has everything you need. It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is great. We enjoyed walking our late sweet dog to the very nearby park and walking trail. (Rest in peace Pepper). Enjoyed walking to restaurants and breweries. If I'm ever on assignment in Columbus again, I'm calling Krista first thing.

I absolutely loved renting this duplex. My stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Any of my questions or concerns were answered quickly and resolved the same. I felt very comfortable and safe in this neighborhood. The walking/bike trails were so close and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!!
